Shipping arrangements are confirmed individually with each quotation. Available destinations, transport options and dispatch arrangements depend on the instrument range, order size and destination.

Shipping quotation

Provide the full destination city, country and postcode where applicable. The team will confirm the proposed shipping method, estimated charges, packaging requirements and any agreed documentation before you accept an order.

Dispatch readiness

Production or order preparation time is separate from carrier transit time. Any sample approval, custom marking, packaging or documentation requirement may affect the expected dispatch date. Refer to your written order confirmation for the agreed schedule.

Customs and import arrangements

Before confirming an order, clarify who will handle import documentation, customs clearance, duties, taxes and any applicable local requirements. The responsibilities and shipping terms must be agreed in writing for your shipment.

Tracking and updates

When shipment tracking is available, request the tracking reference from our team after dispatch. Carrier estimates can change during transit. Contact WAR FOR MED with your order reference if you need an update.
